(1) Nothing says she came to work like that
(2) She just started in July 2017, according to the article -- so it's less than five months.
(3) In that short time, she allegedly also complained to the CEO, and was met with a negative career action.
Not sure how you're find fault with the process here.
That said ... some of her claims just make me shake my head. He insisted that they share a room while traveling? AND that her wardrobe be only lingerie when in the room? AND that she allow him unfettered access to the bathroom when she was showering?? How do you not put your foot down on that kind of stuff immediately.
